Location Notes
The Location Notes section allows you to add special messages or information related to each location. These notes can be customized based on different conditions such as inventory levels, distance, timing, and quantity thresholds. Here’s a breakdown of how you can use Location Notes in your app settings:
1. Default Location Notes
The default location note is a message that will appear for all locations, no matter the specific conditions. You can use this for general information that applies to every location, such as "Welcome to our store!"

Add the following placeholder in your location template to display a default inventory level message:

Example: If you want to show a message like "Inventory levels may vary," you would add this to the location template.
2. Rule Based Location Notes
This feature lets you set custom rules for each location (e.g., New York) within your multi-location app. These rules control when special notes or actions should appear based on specific conditions.

How it works:
- Select a Location Choose a location (e.g., New York) to configure its own set of rules.
- Set Rule Conditions and Note message. Define conditions using fields like:Product Includes – triggers the rule if the selected product is in the cart (e.g., Gift Card).Customer Tag Includes – triggers the rule if the customer has a specific tag (e.g., b2b).
- Logic Rules use “OR” logic, so any matching condition will activate the note.
