Location Note Rules

Go to Conditional Rules → Location Note Rules. This is the same "Rules Based Location Notes" builder surfaced inside Location Notes in Display Setting — conditional notes that appear for a location only when certain conditions are met (as opposed to a flat default note shown everywhere).

How It Works​

  1. Choose a location.
  2. Build condition groups (e.g. Product Includes — triggers if a selected product is in the cart; Customer Tag Includes — triggers if the customer has a specific tag).
  3. Set the note message to show when the rule matches.
  4. Rules use OR logic between groups by default — any matching group activates the note.
  5. Save.

Use {{location_note}} in your Location Template to display whichever note matched.
